Healthcare has changed. What practitioners wear should reflect that. So we didn't set out to make better scrubs. We set out to build a full system of dress considered from the fabric up, and designed so every piece works with the next. High function. Great style. Neither traded for the other. A collection you build on over time, as roles evolve and standards rise.

Our work is built on engineered fit. Decades spent making garments perform under real conditions, refined until the fit disappears into the work. Essato&Co brings that craft to healthcare for the first time. The work practitioners do carries the highest stakes. Our mission is to build uniforms worthy of it.

A uniform assumes everyone is the same. But body shapes, sizes, the demands of the work, and personal preferences ask for real consideration. None of it fits a single template. That isn't a problem to solve. For us, that's the whole idea.
